I was in DE for a visit and decided to stop in for a meal. Ordered 2meats & 2sides. Brisket was ON POINT, pieces were thick, chunky and pulled apart EASY.... seasoned just right. A large piece of fish prepared perfectly.. 2 thumbs up for both sides (Greens/Mac & cheese). The topper was something I had not planned on... Cornbread.. Moist with a hint of sweetness.
THANKS Adams' Rib 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Menu clearly stated 12 rib bones for $32! Now they only had 7 beef ribs bones left and I was charged full price!!! The younger server wanted to add to the dish but the elderly African American denied it!! Never again!!
The owner should clearly indicate the price is for pork ribs on his menu board.

Absolute best fish sandwich in Delaware. Light Crispy batter. Tasty ! The people are so friendly. My coworker’s BBQ was equally as good. Fall off the bone ribs & chicken. Definitely some of the best BBQ around.

I was impressed on many levels. Both of the owners seem to truly care about the customer experience. The food was excellent. They told me that I would definitely be back, they were right. Will be heading back soon.

This Restaurant was listed under “Soul” food!!! NOT!!! Just because you sell collard greens and cornbread does not make you a soul food restaurant. The yams were horrible with an overdraft of nutmeg and cloves maybe? I have no idea what was in the cornbread but it tasted acrid and no “cornbread” taste. The collard greens was whole leaves and not cut, with very little flavor. The Mac and cheese was bland to say the least. I had the smoked chicken wings which is why they got a (2). They were decent and flavorful. ALL ELSE failed. I’ll never order from this place again EVER!!!
