We had the all you can eat Shrimp, riblets, and boneless chicken wings and it was great. There was no delay eating by having to wait for the server to come back and order more, he was on the ball the whole time. We tried all three and they were all great.
Went back during the day and service was great again. Very friendly staff.

I ordered food to go and it was hot and delicious when I got home. The dessert was packed so that I could enjoy it with the meal or save it for later, which I did.

Poor service. Party of 4 guests on a Friday at 2pm. Hardly anyone in Applebee's. My sister, who was a guest, ended up bringing food to our table. The waitress handed it off to her! Unbelievable. Then we had to get our own napkins, silverware and hunt a waitress down to get a container to go. Horrible service.

I have always made a point to bring my family to Brookings Applebee’s’s for selection and even service. I like to support local businesses. Today however I have had the worst service and attitude and tone I have ever experienced. Ever! I have not had this particular waitress in the past and have been on the last to serve when she was behind the bar previously. The waitress helping us kept apologizing and we actually watched this same woman whom I am complaining about at the bar and visiting gentlemen and actually do nothing else until they left and then I received my drink. Shortage of staff is A problem but one that is comfortable enough to be complacent and rude to customers is a problem. Many servers would know me by site. You have lost my business and everyone I brought with me as a treat.
