a good place to get a late night bite to eat, but not this time. Wife and I stopped in at 830 and got seated also right away. Server was great, we ordered the brew pub pretzels as an app, delicious! For my main course I ordered the quesadilla burger (medium) some pink on the inside, It was almost raw and the fries that came with it where cold. Not the norm for this place, the food is usually pretty good. Maybe a bad night for the kitchen staff? Whatever it might be,I'll give them another try.

I was not impressed about my experience here. It took us a good 5 minutes to get a seated even though the place was less then a quarter full, the hostess was busy carrying on a conversation with another employee while we just stared at her. Finally we were seated and then we proceeded to be disturbed by an employee by the rear service computers who was loudly singing an inappropriate song, repeatedly the same line over and over. I don't know what was worse the inappropriateness of the lyrics or the repetitiveness. The only thing good about my experience here was the actually food albeit there was 8 diners in the restaurant, I would like to see how the food is when the restaurant is under load.

Fabulous food and service. I particularly enjoyed the Crispy Chicken Tender Salad today. Their Bourbon Street Steak is another favorite!

I ordered chicken tenders and fries curbside to go at 5:02pm this afternoon. The order said it would be ready at 5:32pm. After I had gotten there at 5:30pm and waited about 10 min, someone finally came and asked what my name was and said she’d check on my order. About 10 minutes later, another girl came out to ask what my name was again. After 5 minutes had passed, I finally called to check on my order. Whoever answered brought the phone into the kitchen and I heard their entire conversation about them not knowing why my order wasn’t up. Now that it had been nearly 50 min, I told her I was probably just going to cancel the order if they hadn’t even started it yet and she placed me on hold. After waiting another few minutes she said they would be bringing it out now. After ANOTHER few minutes, someone finally brought my order out. I said thank you and the girl didn’t say you’re welcome, sorry for the wait, nothing. Not writing this to complain but hoping management is aware of the lack of customer service, not to mention that it took the kitchen 57 minutes for an order of chicken tenders and fries.

This place has gone down hill!! The only good part of our meal was the beer and the delightful bartender, Michelle B. The app came out cold, after 25 min (only 5 tables occupied ). Then the food came out before the “remake” of the app. Told them to just throw it out. The food wasn’t great to be honest. Too bad. We’ve been coming here for years. Very disappointed today.
