The people who work there are great. But it seems to be understaffed and the food is always good but the indoors is closed a lot when it shouldn't be.

when doordashing today, i took an order at arbys. we pulled up, went to the doors, they were locked. we then went to the drive thru, no one came on the intercom so we pulled forward to the window, sat there until some girl walked by, made eye contact with me, then walked away. she came back to the window a couple minutes later looking very annoyed, and informed us that they were in fact closed. on google and on doordash, it says arbys is open until 9. i then had to drop the order, and it affected my dasher rating which is upsetting because i had a perfect rating up until then. i will no longer be dining here or accepting deliveries here and will be notifying everyone i know to stay away.
