I eat Barberitos with some frequency, and this is by far the most disappointing of all their locations. Both our mobile orders to this location were missing several items, and the salsa tasted like it'd gone bad. I had to go looking for the chicken in my burrito bowl. I guess I'm lucky it had any chicken, because the bowl was missing nearly all my add-ons. It's remarkable to me that you can forget to add cheese to a burrito bowl but remember the mushrooms.

got a pickup order & they just started when I came through the door, one of the workers offered me a large drink while I waited & gave me a large cheese dip (I ordered a medium) and a cookie (I didn't order it) in addition to my order. They were so sweet & my food came out fast !@

This place is always done great when I have been there. Usually no line to wait in. They take your order and get it fixed quickly. Workers have always been super nice.
