Frankly, this is not the kind of food you expect to find in the middle of Kansas.
I got into town late and ordered salmon and veggies for pickup. It was only about 10 minutes before closing and when I arrived, the meal was hot. AND DELICIOUS. The crust on that salmon fillet was excellent and it was cooked to a perfect temp. The green beans were simple and steamed, but buttered and seasoned perfectly.
Next time I’ll make sure to take time for a proper meal because it was truly excellent. Staff was friendly (even at closing time), ambiance looked lovely. Highly recommend, even if just for takeout.

Fabulous restaurant! Creative and tasty specialty drinks at the bar, attentive service from all staff, and absolutely delicious food in a cool atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

I'm so glad we chose to eat at Barolo. Given the menu, it's hard to know what to expect. We decide to try the sushi, and were not disappointed. It was great. Fresh and well rolled, not over the top, just nice fish and rice. Also, I have to say the waiter that recommended the Brown Sugar Pie definitely knew what he was talking about. Hands down the best I've tried, granted it was our first time trying it, EVER, but it was perfect. Not to sweet and great crust. Chef can throw down for sure. I cannot forget to mention the staff! Excellent service and very nice. What a great experience and surprise to find. See you again soon!!!

Weary travelers looking for a hot meal. We came upon Barolo Grille from Google. WOW! Great menu, fair prices, and great atmosphere and staff. Will remember in future.

First time at Barolo Grille celebrating our anniversary. Food and service was excellent. The sushi and Korean ribs were well made. Had the tuna and a ribeye steak, both tasted great. Finished off with the brown sugar pie. Very nice first visit.
