It isn't that the food is bad or that the quality isn't good. The last three times that I bought burgers they have been saturated with salt. So today my cousin and I bought a carry out pattymelt, this time they were too salty as well. My cousin bit hers first and said this is too salty, I bit mine and it was the same. We drove back too the restaurant and my cousin took them in told them they were too salty and asked for a refund. The manager told her that she had bitten off of each sandwich. She came back to the car to get me, I told him that we each bit our sandwich at they were to salty. He said "yall bought a hamburger steak plate too, and it's all the same meat". I had to explain "mine was too salty for me, and hers was too salty for her" and "we can't eat them and we would like our money back". Then he said "you people don't like to pay ", and opened the register and threw each of us our money back, and said "don't come back". As if he had to tell us not to come back. He just lost good customers, I will never go back.

HORRIBLE. I arrived at 12:50, finally seated, I understand they're short staffed, I finally get my order taken & the kids acts like he don't understand. 25 minutes later I get my side salad, he had to bring the dressing back, I ordered wings for my appetizers, never received them, he brings my lasagna 1:33pm I inquire about my wings, their still cooking. I used to like this place, its went downhill. I WON'T BE BACK

Had a lovely experience, thanks to Mika. He was very courteous, answered all my questions, very bright and a great demeanor. Plus, the food was fabulous, tasted wonderful, great portion size, and very reasonable priced. 😋
