Service was good. Food was as expected from a BJ’s restaurant. Manager on duty “cut us off” and asked up to cash out after dinner was served. I assumed it was because they had more business to accommodate and I get it. Turns out we cashed out and no people were waiting for a table. To the manager on duty today.. if you are reading this, you need to learn some people skills..

Delicious as always. We walked up and ordered food to go for My Birthday.We had asked if there was a seating area we could wait in for our order. There were customers dining in and were seated. There were plenty of empty chairs or booths we could've sat in if offered, but no, we were told we could sit outside, where it was uncomfortably warm. 😒 And no Birthday 🍨🍪 pizooki either. 🤔

It took 50 minutes to get food to go with many servers just standing around instead of pitching in to help. Finally a very nice server came and helped.
Food was meh. I could pass.

Isaac was our server to 16 people. He was patient with our toddlers and was great to the rest. Wanted to commend him for the extraordinary service he provided us. Adrian was also nice.

Great drinks, and our server Christian was amazing. He made sure we were happy with our drinks and food! The Lavender Lemon adult beverage was so good.
