Tara was great! There was a bit of a wait before we were seated, but I'm pretty sure she was the only waitress working. She was the only one that i saw. Despite being short staffed, she was in the best spirits. She was polite, friendly, and a little sassy lol. She seems like a hard worker and I really appreciate her making my morning better.

Look. I rarely give 1 stars for anything. I can usually find something good about a place but no. Not this time. It was nearly empty(there were 4 seated tables including ourselves). The waitress took over 10 minutes to even take our drink order. We watched her eating back in the food prep area then lick her fingers. The tea tasted like the the kettle had never been cleaned. So we asked to have the tea switched for pepsi. Waitress never brought it. We had to ask the hostess. Management seemed oblivious to everything. The food was not good and my mashed potatoes had hard outer shell. Will never go back. I like Bob Evans as a whole but this particular one needs to get it's act together.

They didn't cook my eggs the way I wanted them, and they ran out of grits

Food took a long time to come out and forgot parts of order that were never received. Server came once to take order and never saw again. Different person delivered food and quickly left table. No refills for water/coffee or OJ. After finishing the part of the order we did receive and then waiting for someone to come back to check on us or even give us a bill we finally just got up and went to cash register to pay and leave.
