My sister and I had a night out together and looked forward to dining here after shopping. First the good - the food was great, the ambience is very attractive and our server Chloe was very attentive. Should have made for a great dining experience. The bad - the hostess was short with us and rude. Before we even sat down we were told there would be a time limit on our table!! Not exactly a relaxing way to start your evening. My husband and I eat out frequently, and NEVER has this happened to us, regardless of what the owner/manager of Brandywine claims is normal restaurant protocol. On top of that we were seated at a high top while others were being seated at tables. I had made the reservations early in the week and no one had advised I would need to request a table. If I want to sit at a high top I will go to a sports bar. This is not what I expect from a high-end restaurant with a price point to match. The staff did relent and eventually seated us at a table, but advised that it had a shorter time limit on it. Needless to say we felt rushed and the whole experience left us soured on coming back.
I might suggest to management that you advise people when they make reservations of your time limit and policies for tables - the whole thing was so off-putting. As far as your hostess, she was far from welcoming and as the first point of contact with your restaurant made a poor impression.

Nice menu. Very good food, freshly made. Nice dining experience. Cozy atmosphere. Kind of pricey for the portion sizes.

This place is worth the drive. Been there a few times and the chef always has a wonderful seasonal surprise. Order a few small plates to share. You won't be disappointed.

If you like Odd Duck, The Norbert or The Orville, you're gonna love this place. Arguably the best food in Cedarburg, a wonderful atmosphere and great staff. You will not be disappointed!

Great atmosphere and service! My favorite place for date nights. The food has always been excellent, but last time it was a bit bland and have to admit that I left feeling not completely satiated.
