Went for an early lunch and had Peter as our server! He was the best and super attentive! Chatted a while and asked how our day was which was really nice. Most servers only care about getting our order and having a table turn quickly but Peter made it personal and It was great. I always love coming to Cafe Hollander the food is always amazing and service is top notch!

Went to Hollander for brunch on Saturday.... and man... The food was delicious. My wife and I couldn't believe the great decorations for the holidays and nice Christmas tunes. Kayla was our server for the morning and she was hands down the sweetest woman we have encountered in the last few months. She was able to know what we needed without even asking. Will be back just to chat with Kayla again. 5 STARS indeed.

I wish I could give more stars for Brittney! Decided to come on a Tuesday afternoon and I am so glad I did. Brittney is efficient, personable, and professional! Ordered the chopped salad and she gave me excellent recommendations to an already wonderful salad! She knows the food and drink menu inside and out and never lets a drink drop. Hollander always has great food and drinks, but Brittney made our experience better than ever!

Such a great place for lunch! Had Peter as a waiter and he was so kind and friendly (also hilarious). He was super on top of things, got our drinks/refills quickly, and checked in regularly. Even when we had a water spill he was there immediately to help clean up! We had the bruschetta flat bread and chili shrimp which were both so good and flavorful. The food came out so quickly too! 10/10 would recommend as a waiter and lunch spot.

I live in the neighborhood and I fairly often stop in for brunch with friends or appetizers at the bar. You can’t go wrong with their French toast or cheese curds! We often have Peter as our server, and he is always kind, welcoming, and checks in to make sure we have everything. Even last Thursday when it was getting busy he still made a point to check on us, and refill our waters!
