Just enjoyed dinner here. Not your typical Mexican restaurant which is a good thing! Great redecorated space, refreshing bar drink, and flavorful tacos and veggie bowl. Will definitely go back, service very good; friendly manager

We frequently stay at the best western hotel and were eagerly waiting for this restaurant to open that’s within walking distance. You won’t be disappointed!
I wanted a strawberry horchata but it was not on the menu so I asked if they could make one. They made me one and it was fantastic!!!!
Very friendly, very tasty food, courteous with great conversations.
Thank you for an enjoyable ending to our evening and our stay in the area.

The service is fine and drinks and appetizers were good. The food compared to the other Mexican restaurants in the area, the entrees fall short. Ordered a burrito and it came as 2 tortillas wrapped with barely any meat in them and covered in cheese with nothing else in there. They replaced it with California and it had mostly rice and the same minimal meat inside. You pass 3 really good restaurants on the way to this one. So I hate to beat up a new business, just fell really short compared to other 3 restaurants on the same street 2 lights away.

Catrinas in Powdersville is a “hidden” gem. Tucked behind Bojangles the location has low visibility; however the restaurant is so good it will flourish by The Field of Dreams marketing concept. Everything on the menu is FRESH. The salsa tastes like there is a garden in the kitchen. The presentation is spectacular and the service is excellent. It’s a MUST visit restaurant and you will come back.

This place was good! They are new so no liquor license when I went but they should have it now or soon! I had the quesadilla and the portion was big and enough for 2 meals! I work just around the corner so I will definitely be back
