Cheddar's has improved since my visit 10 months ago. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to rate 5 stars. But let's start with the good news. Our waitress was nice, attentive, and very pleasant. She attended the table often, not even asking if we needed more drinks, but just seeing our glasses were low and getting us a refill. I had a classic burger, my wife had the tenders dinner, and our daughter the chicken sandwich. Our food arrived in a short amount of time. Our waitress brought us the complimentary croissants, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The sweetness of the butter on the croissant was surprisingly good. Although the butter turned into more of a pastry, it was a good appetizer. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the meal. My burger was slightly above average, not the best burger I ate, not the worst, but better than some. Please do not squish the patty on the grill, all you're doing is forcing the juices out! I'd rather wait that extra minute to get done than eat a dry burger. My daughter said about the same for her chicken sandwich, slightly bland, but average. My wife said her tenders just wasn't very tasty at all. The restaurant appeared clean, however the floor underneath out table was sticky. It's kind of annoying knowing your shoes are sitting in something while you eat. Finally, I can appreciate Cheddar's trying to enhance the décor by placing potted plant everywhere. But those plants perched on the half-walls above our head just look dangerous. If someone were to fall into that pot and it would fall on a customer, that could result in serious injury or worse. I'd take those down tonight if I were the manager.

Was seated for lunch promptly and then forgotten. We waited and tried to catch a server's attention without success. My wife ended up calling the restaurant to ask if we were going to have our drink order taken. Staff member appeared irritated that we asked about having our drink order taken after we had waited 15 minutes. Rather than apologizing and taking our order she appeared more interested in turning the situation into a drama. This was even after we had explained that we, like so many people, only had a limited amount of time for our lunch. Then a server showed up and they started arguing about whether the server could or could not take on another table. What a mess. We gave up and left. May be a good place if you want a really long leisurely experience. If you want to eat promptly perhaps try somewhere else.

Been going there for a while The service is always nice I've always gotten good servers. If you don't know what is good on the menu you can always ask them and they have very honest and good suggestions. And if something is wrong they always try to make it right. You won't go wrong with giving this place a try.

My Grandson had heard great things about Cheddars, so we stopped in for lunch. We were greeted at the door with a genuine smile and were led to a booth that was waitressed by Liz.....a kind, gracious woman who, by the time our delicious meal was done, had me convinced that we had been visited by an angel. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was top notch. Can't wait to go back some day soon.

The Monte Cristo is the best on the menu. Me and my family wanted something different to eat for dinner. We drove an hour away to this Cheddars and we're not disappointed at all. We we're told a wait time of about 20 minutes we only waited like 10 minutes. Our waitress was amazing and so friendly. I will definitely be going back.
