Definitely just do whatever they want here. I'm not picky, I'll pretty much eat anything. I asked for light tomatillo sauce and they absolutely doused it all over. It was so miserably spicy and hot, I could barely eat it. Basically did the complete opposite of what I asked for my order. Light lettuce instead of extra, lemonade instead of iced tea etc. Tiny, tiny portions too. This location sucks.

The quality and time to get food hear is as drastic as the known quality in the area. I have no idea how they are still in business.

Only thng this location does right is actually having your online order ready on the shelf. It's nice not having to ask a gatekeeper for your food. Unfortunately, on multiple occasions, my order always had no fajita vegetables and was dripping wet. Like half the bowl was filled with liquid that would leak through the bag. Gross.

This has become the worst chipotle on the east side. The staff is slow and rude. And mobile orders take longer than the regular line.
