4 of us Got there about 2pm on Sunday afternoon. Very few customers. 2 ordered breakfast while 2 ordered dinner items. 20 minutes or so passed. 1 of us finally got salad. 10 more minutes another got soup. 5 minutes later food came out with Everything cold. Biscuits and gravy sent back to be microwaved. Chicken fried steak tough and baked potato hard. Fried eggs cold. Sausage patties made it to table when food was almost finished and that was all that was hot. Never had we had such a bad experience anywhere.

Went as table of 5, the customers we walked by had their food already however the waitress informed us it would be 30 to 40 minutes to get our breakfast food even though we were the only table waiting to order. Server was blunt and unapologetic. We didn't feel welcome as customers and left. DON'T RECOMMEND
This place has good potential but seems to need a whole new crew to get the job done.

Our waitress came to our table twice during our visit and forgot my salad - no biggie. We had to ask someone else to send her to our table to let her know and just asked for an adjustment on our bill due to never having received the side. Her response was, “it’s free”.
We requested a manager after having paid the full bill and explained the situation. The manager said, “it’s included in the meal”. She then offered to make an adjustment, but we were way past that point.
The food we did get was decent, which is why it’s 2-stars instead of 1-star. I haven’t had worse service anywhere.

Husband's fried pork chop served raw
Second one was good. My biscuits and gravy was more biscuit then gravy. Requested a little more gravy and was told I would be charged for a side of gravy. Pancakes were doughy. Service was good.

Terrible experience by far. I have managed and owned a restaurant and I have to say with the experience I had tonight I would have fired eveyone and those who wanted to stay would be trained properly on how to take care of a customer.
My husband mentioned earlier in his review about the service. The cook was so lazy she hollered at the wait staff that she couldn't make a club sandwich until they made the toast. Never heard of anything like this in any restaurant before. The wait staff had plenty of time to clean tables but instead stood around talking or on their phones. When asked about anything the excuse was " we are short staffed". 2 wait staff and 1 cook is plenty for six tables. The wait staff was unclean and unkempt making it difficult to want to eat. Maybe the health department needs to take a look at how this restaurant is being run and the food is handled. They have no idea that I may be a secret customer who came to observe what was going on and boy did I get an eyeful. I guess they will have to wonder what is going to happen next. As a warning Do not eat here until some big changes have been made. I know I won't.
