We arrived at 7 p.m. for dinner. We waited 25 minutes to be seated. Once we arrived to the dining room area the floors were dirty and seats were not wiped. Our waitress took 15 minutes to get our order. After an additional 40 minutes we ask where our food is. She said it would be another 15 minutes before we received our food! Watered down drinks, no offer to bring cornbread or biscuits to tide my child over, and an extremely inattentive waitress. We will never return!

You can never go wrong with Cracker Barrel. We went on a Sunday and they were short staffed. The staff that was on shift was supper amazing and kept contact with all of their tables. The manager was on the phone calling everyone she could to get more help. It was surprising to see how many employees actually came in to help.
