This CB restaurant is set up a bit different than the others I've been to. Look for the front door on the extreme right side of the building. Then to get your reservation, turn left and walk to the little booth past all the store stuff. The cash registers are on the right side of the building near the restrooms. Food is Cracker Barrel good. Service pretty good. Drink refills seem to be sluggish with the waitstaff having to be reminded. Driving to the parking lot can be a bit challenging. Maybe additional signage would be helpful.

The food is Cracker Barrel is very good. The Cook's really put your heart and soul into the food when it's cooked and you can always expect to have your meal there it's your table in 10 minutes or less. Also the waitresses and waiters are very good a job they always have the meal that you ordered correctly on your plate and if it just so happens that is not correct they will probably go back your daughter straight and you will still have your food in minutes. Leslie Cracker Barrel's one of the better places to eat at in Morganton I recommend that people should go there anytime especially now during the holidays it's great.

The service was good. Very nice waitress. The menu has changed and several of my favorite items have been removed from both the breakfast and dinner menus.
The vegetables (pintos and greens) were as full of meat as they were vegetables. Good mashed potatoes and dumplings and sweet tea.

We checked in @8:22 with hardly no cars in parking lot. We were told 15 min wait with a party of 2! We were finally called to be seated 9:05. The girl apologized for the wait several times. Me and my husband noticed people that came in after us were already sitting down eating before us. I told my husband. He said we should just go ahead and eat since we’re here. I want be back to eat here. People arriving after you and getting served before you is not cool and definitely not a good look. So disappointed

This is our second time visiting this location about 35 minutes from my house. They don’t have enough servers so you wait 35-40 minutes to be seated, no matter the time of day. Server was attentive and funny but 1 hour and 55 minutes to eat is unacceptable. They have the Grab-N-Go option, good luck figuring out how long to cook the food. We won’t go back.
