If you are a person that loves good honesty let cooking this is the place to eat. As you wait for your meal there are endless items that line the walls. These items date back to times that were hard but slow and simple. Step into the past and enjoy a delicious meal.

We were at the Tupelo MS Cracker Barrel with a party of 11 Sunday May 1st and told it would be 45 minutes to be seated. We told them we did not have to be seated together. After watching parties of 9 and 10 and various other parties being seated for an hour and a half we went inside to cool off and see what was going on we were asked to go back outside in the heat. We are a clean and sober MC and have never felt this level of discrimination. We have been eating at this location for 6yrs and we always spend $500 or more and tip very well. We are clean and respectful. We will never return to this restaurant.

The food was excellent! The food came out hot and tasty! With that said the waiter was very rude and the environment was cold. From the very start sitting down the waiter was unprofessional and rude. I did talk to the manager and although he was cordial, he was still rude and felt like he was ignoring my table. It might take a few weeks to go back but I’ll give the place another shot in the future. I rate the food 5 stars but because of the waiter it comes down greatly!
It was so bad I didn’t even give a tip, except this, “be nice and family friendly!”

enjoy c.b. food. it's consistent throughout the locations. only some confusion when we asked to be seated we were a fairly large group(9 total) they were going to seat us at a round table but then the hostess decided we couldn't all sit together and asked if we could be split up. we were family that don't see each other often so we asked to stay together, which I think frustrated the hostess a bit because she went away for a little and came back with reinforcements that person quickly sat us at a round table,bringing an extra chair to the table so it could accommodate all nine of us. other than that weird moment, the service was good and I love wandering through the store too

If I could give a half star, I absolutely would. I ordered ahead for some food to pick up over an hour before I made it to the restaurant. I got an email saying that my order was ready, so I headed to the place. As I parked, I tried to contact via phone call to the people letting them know I was there, but it took me over 4 times of calling and repetitively ringing to get someone to answer. The woman on the phone told me that in their system she marked my order as done, and that is why I got an email, but it was indeed not finished, and that it would not be much longer. I sat in the parking lot waiting. After 25 minutes, I proceeded to call again, no answer. I, again, called 3 more times with still no answers. I then walked into the establishment, and told the nice ladies at the counter what order I was waiting on, and it was indeed ready, and had been for a while. The lady said that the server before her never told her information on my order, and that I was there waiting. The last server had also already finished her shift. Once I brought the food, and opened the containers, it was also very cold, so it was indeed sitting there for a long time. I would like to say that the Customer Service absolutely sucks, and the time I had to wait was absolutely ridiculous. After everything, it was over 2 hours of waiting just for my food that was over $100. I will gladly no longer continue business here, and will let others know not to either. Very disappointed in this entire experience.
