Culver's and Freddie's Steak burgers BOTH have the best tasting, freshest burgers around. Pretty much the only "fast food" burgers I'll even entertain anymore. Culver's has a wider selection of food including... Cheese Curds!!! Love those. The rest of the menu is pretty darn good as well.

So I have to be bluntly honest, as nice as the workers are, I’ve been here several times and asked for specifically mayo with my burger, and all 5 times I’ve not received it.

Definitely overwhelmed with too little and untrained staff. The food department did ok, as food was fine, just slow. The drinks and ice cream group was a disaster, however. I'm pretty patient, obviously too patient. I waited an hour (standing at the pickup counter), from literally 2:03 p.m. to 3 p.m., for a shake and a smoothie to get made (our food came in about 15-20, which was fine I guess, for their level of business). My family ate without me. Whoever was making drinks would randomly set them on the counter, and walk away to make a new one. I never saw a smoothie get made, but after 45-50 minutes I saw what I thought was the chocolate shake, so I was paying attention closely. Shortly after that, they threw away all the drinks, because most had been there for 30 minutes at least and were turning into milk. The shake had just been made though! I finally just asked for a refund and it took several more minutes for the poor girl to find someone with a scan card to refund me. No apologies, no managers trying to get everything moving correctly, just a bunch of untrained kids moving in an uncoordinated effort. I dont even blame the kids particularly. I'd be embarrassed to own or manage this operation. The hiring or at least training needs to be stepped up significantly. The excuse of lack of workers will probably get used, but that is a cop out. Get the ones you have working, moving in the right direction, or at least communicating between the food and the drinks, and you might fix the problem.
I wasn't the only one waiting forever for ice cream. I don't know of others got their orders eventually or not. I remember counting at least 10 employees, so it seems like it should have been sufficient to keep the flow moving, albeit with some focus.

Drive-thru is usually pretty slow but this time was by far the worst. Didn’t look like anyone was inside the restaurant. At least 3 workers laughing and messing around. There were 1-2 cars ahead of us. Took at least 15 minutes to get to the window. We paid right away and waited several minutes for our order (2 of the same concrete mixers and 1 sundae). We were there at least 20 minutes at the point when he brought the concrete mixers to us, employee said something about Reese’s (which we didn’t order) so I said what our order was, he looked at the screen confused and took them back (hopefully to throw away). He went to talk to someone, came back and asked AGAIN what we ordered. When we finally got our custard, the two “concrete” mixers were completely melted and soupy, like they had been sitting there the whole time. Definitely NOT worth the wait, Culver’s

Great service and good food. Helped introduce my wife to Indian food. Will be back again!
