They had GREAT customet service. Me and my Dad were waiting a long time and the manager/lead on shift gave us a free scoop token because the wait was extremely long for no reason. Thank you for the GREAT service!

We love Culver's and patronize many of the different locations throughout the Midwest. It's one of our favorite fast food places to eat. However this particular River Falls location appears to be run exclusively by teenage kids. It's disappointing because EVERY SINGLE TIME we have ordered through the drive-through our order is not right --we either get other people's food or parts of our order are missing. It isn't one thing it's always several things that are missing (not talking about condiments)and I have to call back to the store where I am promised a replacement item when I go back to the restaurant the next visit. My family want our food when we order it and so when we get home we can all eat our meal together. I live 10 miles from culvers --I will not go back for the missing items, I shouldn't have to. They need to get their act together. I have stopped going to this Culver's and will instead go to Baldwin. This one is such a train wreck. Who wants promises of food in the future when you want what you paid for and didn't get.

Butterburgers are so yummy. The service was good, the food was excellent. The dining area was clean and bright. We got our food fast a d everything was made to order.

Typical Culver's in menu & pricing. Friendly & competent employees. Ample parking & slots for take out cars to sit for the very short wait for your custom order. Food was fresh, hot & served exactly as ordered. A frequent stop if I want custom food, fast!

The food tastes good but the order was messed up. Ordered a salad and asked for no Bleu cheese, still had blue cheese on it. Ordered fries no where to be seen. Ordered 1 cheese curd got charged for two orders of them. Ordered raspberry vinaigrette for my salad, not in the bag and the cocktail sauce for my shrimp was also not in the bag. The receipt was correct except for the cheese curds. Very disappointed and my meal was ruined. What a waste of money.
