Their Butterburgers are delicious. It's also nice to have a choice of sides besides fries; I often substitute the cheese curds. Just as important, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they're always open when they say they're open. One particular fast food place nearby, though a national chain, only seems to be open when the rude employees feel like working ... and that's not very often. Culver's has never let me down. And the custard is delicious too!!!

Fast and friendly service. Food is always the freshest! No other "fast food" chain is comparable. When the drive thru line is long don't worry pull in cause they don't play. You'll still be served fast.

Customer Service is GREAT, the food is available quickly, and everything is delicious. Family highly recommends the onion rings, but that only means their onion rings are better than anyone else's. Their fries are also wonderful.

I have always been happy going to this Culver's. Today they gave my order to a car in front of me. I watch them take the bag back inside after the car in front of me already opened it up and returned it. Then they gave me the already opened food. I told her I'm not accepting that since someone else opened that bag. Please replace my order. They took my bag which I watched through the window and took the product out of it and put it in another bag, stapled a new receipt to it and gave me the same food that was open before by another customer. Will not come here again. Very disappointed.

My sister had treated me to Culvers. It was our first time dining there. The dining area was nice and clean. It was less crowded.
