First time eating here and I enjoyed it. The service was good and the food was yummy. The fries were a bit on the not enough side meaning I was expecting more than 10. The Buffalo sauce was great with the chicken and cheese curds. The drinks were good and self-serve. The prices were reasonable. The place was nice and clean for dining in. I'd return to eat here but next time, I want more fries on my order.

I was not happy. Apparently they stuck a young girl on drive thru on her second day working there. She kept having to ask what I had requested, it took several minutes to place the order. I asked for a regular hamburger meal and got a cheeseburger meal instead, for the Sunday I requested strawberry and got caramel. I ordered a number 1 combo meal that comes with the blizzard and she did add the blizzard then charged me for it. My daughter took it back with the receipt and stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge her for over 10 minutes, then the manager was rude, saying what do you want me to do about it. Ultimately, she ended up writing on the back of the receipt that she is authorizing a free blizzard, but the attitude and the unprofessional behavior left a whole lot to be desired in this situation.

We tried to go through the drive through, and sat for 20 minutes without acknowledgment. After sitting for 20 minutes, we waited for 15 minutes for the wrong ice cream and another 5 for any food. I understand being understaffed and the difficulty of hiring people but the wait was too long.

I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip basket like I do whenever I get dairy queen it wasn’t super busy but the wait was about 30 minutes and I had to correct the lady at the window of my order, paid for my meal and still received the burger she thought I had. I would go back and ask for a replacement but I didn’t realize until I was 30 minutes away back at my campus. To be fair they added the extra ranch.

Love there food it always good but i dont ever go there that much so i do get a taste of the food much anymore
