I keep trying to give them a break, but each time the food quality is sub par and the service is poor. The last visit I ordered 2 chili dogs and a fish sandwich in the drive though. The person taking the order said do you want the 2 for $5 chili dog and I said yes. I waited more than minutes, probably for the fish, but finally got the order. When I got home I realized that I only had one chili dog so I called. The person was really rude and asked for the order number. Which I gave from the receipt and says you only ordered one. Yes it turns out that I only was charged for one so there was no need to correct anything, but the fact is I ordered two and they should have at least acknowledged the error but again rudely said" you got your order".
To top it off the fish was old and cold and the chili was almost black from probably days of sitting around. Thier food is constantly bad and service too.

Store was crowded but there seemed to be enough staff working the orders. The wait was short, but the ice cream in the blizzard was very soft. I think if he had held them upside down more than a split second, the contents would have ended up on the counter. Also, they never blend the blizzard enough to get the candy distributed to the bottom. So you end up with a great blizzard on top and a pure ice cream layer on the bottom half.

Had a triple inferno burger and it was epic the workers were amazing. Only let down was the man outside smoking a cigarette near my table who didn't care that I was allergic... but I can't blame the dq for that.
