Great place for a burger and some excellent craft beer. The Awkward Eye Contact was the most memorable brew, but I enjoyed each kind that I tried. Highly recommended if you are looking for local, well-crafted beer.

We visited the Appleton location, liked it and will return! Great burgers. My partner had a Fox River Steak Burger with cheese. Her request to substitute a pretzel roll was happily accommodated. Her burger had high quality beef and was done perfectly I had the Apple Jack Burger: brandy caramelized onions and apples with pepper jack cheese, bacon and red pepper jelly. Again, the beef was high quality, the bacon delicious and the caramelized onion and apple dressing was superb. The Apple Jack Burger is huge and you'll have trouble holding it together, but you'll love every bite of it. I had the Red Bobber in-house brew. It has a gentle raspberry flavor that is not sweet but pleasing on the palate. We visited on a busy night and had great, attentive service. By the way, it's a great place for families!

Absolutely love this place! They have a great bloody Mary, and the beer is amazing. I usually get the white chicken chili and a salad with grilled salmon. Service is always impeccable!!!

Fox River Brewing Company is a huge, self contained, restaurant which is adjacent to the Fox River Mall food court. It has a bar in one corner and an open kitchen in the other. In between, is a wide open dining area with many regular tables. The menu has a wide variety of choices, so I wondered about execution. Thus, I was pleasantly surprised by our piping hot dishes and their excellent textures. The flavors were spot on as well. I had chicken and waffles, and my cousin had fish and chips. We loved them both. The fish consisted of big, flaky, dark beer battered, cod fillets which held together nicely without being greasy. So, the fish and chips descriptor is accurate. The chicken was crispy and the breading was well seasoned. Either dish is a great choice. The staff was friendly and responsive. They brew their own beers and have a nice cocktail menu as well. I'm not much of a shopper, but this place might turn me into a mall rat. You know how you catch a rat, right? You put out good cheese! Of course, the curds there were good too. Nibble, nibble, zap!
