Sometimes it's great, sometimes not so much. It's unfortunate what regulations have done to this fine establishment. Take out food just isn't the same as dine in. I hope this establishment gets back to its former self and opens its doors once again.

I’ve never had a problem before last night, always loved these guys! but somehow pieces of plastic ended up in my daughters Bennington roll, who thankfully spit it out before choking. (I did double check to see if it was fish bone, which I know happens. It’s clearly plastic and pic has been posted) We have tried calling about this issue and received a rude response with no remorse. Friends and family Will not be returning.

I don’t know about the actual hibachi side (if that ever opens again), but the takeout is amazing. They’re fast, get orders right and make dynamite sushi and Chinese. The Fuji spicy roll is great, as is the pad Thai and the pineapple fried rice. Full endorsement from me.

One of the best restaurants in Bennington which is a place that is full of pizza and burger joints. Fuji offers a different taste in quisine that will not disappoint. Food is always on point and staff is attentive.

We had take-outs, from Chicken katsu, salmon sushi, crazy spicy noodle with chicken, pad Thai with shrimp+tofu, fried rice, fried calamari, to veggie tempura. Yummy. But the place seems run-down.
