This was our first time there we were very impressed with the service and the quality of the food at a fair price. Owner came over his name was Thomas he was very friendly very considerate and very concerned how we enjoyed our meal. The meal was excellent I can honestly say everything about the experience was excellent. We drove a good distance to go here and I can honestly say we will come back again. I think anybody that wants to try a good meal this is a place to try.

I tried Heat for the first time Saturday evening and was really impressed. It looked new inside, and was very clean. My appetizer was the fried mushrooms and it was a good sized portion and tasty. I ordered the ribeye and it was large and well marbled, looked and tasted much better than what I have received at the chain steak houses. Overall the quality of the food was outstanding, and I look forward to seeing what bread they introduce. My server was very attentive, friendly, and took great care of me. The owner stopped by and introduced himself, then checked back again during my meal. All of the servers that I could see were very professional. This is a really nice place with high quality food and it is great to have this restaurant in the area. I will be back soon.

This place was pleasantly surprising. I read the many mixed reviews and decided to give this place a try. I’m so glad I did! The food was delicious! We arrived around 6:00 pm on a Wednesday evening and it wasn’t crowded. Our waitress Lucy was very attentive and friendly. I had the seafood trio with sweet potato bites and asparagus. My husband had the prim rib, green-beans, chili, and sweet potato bites. He stated that the prim, although a little fatty, was the best he’s had and it was very tender. I read a couple of reviews that stated the portion sizes were too small for the price, and the food was cold, for us the portions were plentiful, as we left stuffed and all of our food was hot ! I recommend this place 10/10 !

The food was very good. The spice and sear method is extremely enjoyable. Had the small prime rib, flavor was right on the mark, although it was pretty thin,my son had the larger one and his was thick as you would expect it to be. The appetizer we got was disappointing. We had the seafood trio with shrimp, scallop and crab cake. The seasoning was spot on, however,it only came with one scallop, which we were told by waitress, was rather large, not so. It was the size of a quarter. My son took a picture and he's one of Google's top ten reviewers. We laughed about it, and in a few minutes the server came out with two more. I didn't eat the scallop, so I can't attest to it's taste. It came with a crab cake which was cold and I didn't care for it. The place was extremely noisy, but the Kentucky Derby was on all the channels and people were excited,so I don't count that as normal. All in all the food was good, but expensive and very small portions.

Not bad not great. I’m hoping to revisit and re-evaluate this place at some point, but my initial impressions were slightly below satisfactory, at best. Here were my initial challenges: Made reservations online for 7p - was not sat until after 7:15 Reservations stated this was a belated Mother’s Day dinner. Never once mentioned by staff. Was sat at a nice booth but our table was being attended to by the bartender who was way too inundated with bar guests to be attentive to our needs. These details matter to me in any dining experience above fast casual. Details matter and I personally felt less than attended to. For now, I could only recommend this place if you want a very “mid” experience.
