I like the style, you pick out your own choices in noodles, meat, and vegetables and fruit, and then you have a choice of spicy delights and flavors graded by heat. Of course, it remains a mystery whether your selections taste good together, and if it does, you may not be able to duplicate your masterpiece unless you specifically noted each choice. cooked on a wheel as you wait and watch the progress. overall I liked the meal and it was a good value. p0

Some of the best food in town. Why? Because you get to make it yourself! If you don't like it, well, it's your own fault. I'm an excellent cook when I go there. I suck everywhere else. Lolz

I can't stress how happy we were with the service on our visit here! From the person seating us to our server to the gentlemen cooking the food, they deserve many thanks. Very very pleased with Bismarck HuHot!

Some of the best food in Bismarck. The buffet is all you can eat and various vegetables, meat, and noodles. But the best part is the sauces to put on the dish. They also cook it in front of you!!
