Did a BBQ search as we neared Winchester KY while driving the Mountain Pkwy. Saw the 4.7 rating and said why not. What a wonderful hole in the wall diner. BBQ on the smoker out front. Homemade slaw, fresh cut fries, fall off the bone ribs with a wonderful crunchy texture dipped in a slightly spicy hot sauce. Mouthwatering, moist and plentiful. Great job Kenny and Krista.

A very good little place the food is good and it's small but not too small right next to us like literally a 30 second walk.

This place is wonderful! The owner is a really nice guy! They catered our wedding in March and the food was phenomenal!

Great food, nice people. Brisket is amazing, the hot bbq sauce is perfect.

I've spent years exploring BBQ joints out West. The one thing that all of those places missed, when it came to pulled pork, is the flavor. There's only one flavor that you should experience with a pulled pork sandwich, the smokiness. In & Out BBQ nails that flavor. The only nitpicky thing that I could find is the lack of fat in the sandwich, as well as the bark. I know that quite a few people have an issue with pieces of fat in their pulled pork, but folks, that's just more flavor and texture. The sauce was a bit generic and thick for my liking. Kentucky's BBQ sauce has always been in between a Kansas City and North Carolina style. Sweet, yet vinegary and a more liquid consistency. Overall I was very impressed with the pork flavor. The smokiness was there, but could have been a bit more. Again, the absence of the bark was disappointing. If there had been more of that, along with the fat, this would have been a 5+ star review. In the end though, this has to be the best tasting pulled pork that I've had outside that well know BBQ spot in Owensboro.
