The time-tested rule about local places is "go where the locals go." Yes, the parking lot was full and the line long, and this was the real deal. I thought the taste of everything on my pulled pork plate was excellent. You order your food at the window on the right and when it's ready they give it to you through the window on the left. Yes, they need about one more staff member to get things going faster. But the food is good. I respect the views of the other commentators that there is room for improvement. But if you want some authentic southern BBQ, this is the place.

Let me start off by saying, I really want this place to succeed. Like most comments, GREAT PRICE! Amazing location!
I ordered 3 sliders and a side of coleslaw.
Also like other reviews, their pulled pork is very well done. The bread on the other hand wasn't very good, regular dry white enriched bread. I think if they changed their slider bread to either Hawaiian rolls or potatoes rolls it would add to the flavor and character of the sliders. If price was the problem, it's too easy to make your own rolls in the morning. Secondly, the BBQ sauce that was added to my sliders wasn't very flavorful, I honestly thought Arby's BBQ sauce would have been better. I think the better option would be to leave a the BBQ sauce on the side and let the customer decide whether they want to use it.
Lastly, you can make coleslaw a thousand different ways, and everyone likes their coleslaw differently. I thought the coleslaw was good for southern BBQ. My only gripe, someone put too much salt, it was very salty.
Like I try to do at the end of my reviews.
What do french fries do when they meet after a long time?
The ketchup!
