I don’t know about other locations, but our Jack’s in Amory, MS has been fabulous!! This is by far the best breakfast crew they have had since opening. We bring our family of 5 on Saturday mornings and we are always served fresh, hot food that is exactly what we order and we get it FAST. 10/10 recommend!!

The food is pretty good but they can't seem to get an order right to save their lives. I love paying for six biscuits, being told they don't have something I ordered after I already payed for it, and then being shorted by two biscuits. Terrible service, next time I'll go to McDonald's which is generally leaps and bounds better than Jack's in this town. Thanks for taking my money, giving me the wrong food, and shorting my order.

Friendly, polite employees. Order at drive thru was correct( that's rare anywhere you go) food was fresh and hot. Had to wait a few minutes but worth it got the freshness.
