Our experience here was decent. We had the melted Brie appetizer, which was pretty good—but I also didn’t expect the melted Brie to have a bunch of rind in it. As per recommendations of our server, we got the red curry noodle bowl with tofu and the tomato basil cheddar sandwich as well as an order of Mac and Cheese. The tofu was done quite well, but the rest of the red curry bowl was just alright. As for the sandwich—it was supposedly on sourdough, but I could detect no flavor of sourdough. And I’m not sure exactly what the cheese was—didn’t really taste like cheddar to me and was white—but I suppose it could have been some kind of white cheddar? Didn’t taste like other white cheddars I’ve had though. The sandwich was fine, but I like a lot of sandwiches and quite a bit more. Kids liked the Mac and cheese a lot, but I don’t think it lived up to the hype of the other reviews.
For dessert we had the chocolate sin cheesecake and the apple crisp. Hubby really liked the cheesecake and I think the apple crisp was pretty good. Not outta this world by any stretch, but I’d get that dessert again.
Probably wouldn’t go again just because there wasn’t enough that impressed us a ton, but it wasn’t bad.

It was a dark and stormy night, we were tired and hungry from the road. Sweet Melissa was too busy so we came to this place. We ordered a mac & cheese, the place was pretty busy. We waited an hour, watched several parties come in, order, get their food and finish while we were waiting. At last the food came! It was pretty all right but not as hot as it should have been. Our waiter was apologetic and asked if he could do anything. I asked if he could comp us a dessert. He came back to say that the kitchen wouldn't allow it. I'm OK with not getting the dessert but the place doesn't seem to be running right. I asked for a manager and I heard her in the back tell him "I don't have time…" By this time the place was mostly empty and I'm pretty sure she did have time. So maybe somebody is messing with this waiter's tickets, maybe the manager is cranky and shortsighted or maybe the owner is stingy. Here's hoping Sweet Melissa isn't so busy when you're in town.

Fabulous restaurant, this place has been my daughter's favourite whilst at WYO and we finally got to see why.
Fabulous food, I had the chipotle Mac& cheese and it was excellent. Well worth a visit if you're in Laramie.

Amazing Atmosphere, Everyone was extremely friendly and professional.
Their Mac is NO JOKE, I plan to visit again soon to try the other flavors.
