Had Jose’s cater our recent wedding. They were great!! Very responsive with emails during planning. Mike was very helpful. Allowed us to come in and taste everything beforehand. Had a buffet dinner and it ran very smoothly. The Fajita fingers are AMAZING! Thank you for being a part of our day.

Update:: Better margaritas, our dinners were good with great service.
OLD REVIEW::pitcher of Margarita's was weak. The salsa with the chips didn't have much flavor. The fajitas were very good. It took longer than normal to get our food order.

The food is good and service usually pleasant. The atmosphere lately, though... I feel like a stadium during a ball game is quieter than this place. We have decided to leave it out of our list of options for a while.

I haven't been to Jose's Blue Sombrero for quite a while. We decided to try it again today. I was with a friend who says she always enjoys it. It seems that fish tacos that she normally orders we're not the same but just okay. I had steak fajitas. Maybe Jose was having an off-day because everything was quite salty. Nothing was as good as I had remembered it being in the past.
