We went around 4:30 and This was our first time there and unsure if we will be back. The overall service was lacking. We sat there for over 5 minutes before anyone came to get our drink order, and once we got those and our soup and salad we didn't see her anymore. It was another 15 minutes before the chef came out. It wasn't anything special. He just cooked. The rice was undercooked and still crunchy but the chicken and shrimp were cooked nicely and have lots of flavor. Our server finally walked by and I had to ask for a refill and when she brought it back it had a huge piece of lettuce floating in it. We didn't see her the rest of the meal and had to ask someone else for our checks. We even had to get our own to go boxes.

We came &sat at the bar. It was my best friends birthday. We got the volcano drink! Awesome bartender, Sean, he played music just for us. Awesome experienced we loved it.

I love love LOVE this restaurant! The sushi selection is the best in middle Tennessee. Kabuto's has been consistent, and AMAZINGLY AWESOME! Try the spicy rice!
