It was good until today. I ordered like I usually do through the Beyond Menu app. The food was cold and one of my food containers was half open like they didn’t care how it was in the bag. I called to let them know and they told me to contact Bryond Menu. I did and they told me to call Machi for a refund. Machi said since I ordered through they would take care of it. Run around much? Never again will I order from Machi OR BM.

Horrible sushi!! Not fresh at all. Miso soup was tasteless and shrimp shumai were mushy. DON’T GO THERE !!!

I was so disappointed in this place, especially after reading the good reviews. The tempura was greasy and awful, the miso soup was lacking any flavor at all and the rolls were so loose they fell apart as soon as we dipped them - Not to mention the avocado inside them was brown. Just overall, bad sushi. We will not be back.

Did not go for sushi. My granddaughter takes dance classes next door

Everything was good until the kani salad. I asked for refular mayo instead of wasabi but it felt like there wasn't any mayo at all.
