I visited Hudson from NYC and my friend took me here for dinner. Let me tell you something: residents of Hudson are very lucky to have a place like this in their neighborhood. A beautiful rooftop option to enjoy a summer evening. The food was excellent. Our waiter was awesome.....very helpful with menu options and friendly and attentive. Not sure how anyone can complain about the prices (they should be charging more) $127 for wine, appetizer, two entrees and dessert. I feel like I robbed $50 from them.
Whoever is answering the negative reviews should keep sticking up for this place. The fact that their average review is under 4.5 is a shame.
I hope to be back soon!!!!!

I've been here multiple times and I've never had a bad experience. This place has always had good food, drinks, and service. This establishment has gained much publicity for the way the owners act online. Which can only make it become more well known. I look forward to returning for dinner and perhaps a show. 😅

We had a lovely dinner here tonight. My daughter, who turned 16 today, wanted steak and scallops. She ended up skipping the scallops but we both got a 6 ounce filet and they were utter perfection. My 13 year old had 1919 root beer on tap for the first time and I think he found his new happy place. I stole a couple bites of my husband's garlic mashed potatoes and those were delicious. The chocolate torte was mind-boggling! Hogan was our server and he was friendly and skilled. We'll add this to our list of places to splurge on for special occasions.

Pretzel sticks were okay, they were still frozen in the middle and sauce was a little runny, but I’ve had worse. Still kills the mood a little when the appetizer isn’t the best, and $10 for frozen pretzels seems a little pricey. The steak bites were half over seasoned and half under seasoned which lead to spicy roulette with each bite. The actual steak was tender and well cooked though! The side dishes were the stars as the mashed potatoes and tater tots were very good! The tater tots are closer to fried mashed potatoes so they were nice and rich. Cheesesteak looked good too, as did the seafood linguini. The side salad came out like 20 minutes before everything else which was a little odd, but no big deal. Try the draft 1919 root beer, always a solid choice!
Waitstaff were incredibly friendly and the service was pretty fast during a crowded time. They definitely improved the experience by a lot. The dining room was very smoky from the kitchen, but it didn’t bother me too much. Patio seating was full, but from outside looked pretty.
Overall, an okay dinner with decent food and very nice staff and fun ambiance. I wouldn’t seek this place out, but if other spots were full I’d come back.

Had brunch here with family that hadn't been together in years so we wanted to try something new. Glad we decided on here! The waitress was fantastic and we were able to sit in an area off the main space that was just great. Ps their hash browns are to die for.
