Best Mongolian beef in the entire state!! Other dishes are okay, spring rolls are huge and divine!!! Not sure whats up with the rice, you normally get a quart of rice per entree, but not here, we only get one no matter what we order,

Horrible food. It was burnt! They brought it out super quick, so it was obviously not made fresh. Very expensive in lite of the quality and I've never seen fried rice like that. Our family loves Chinese food, so sad our new town has horrible food. 😢

Egg Rolls: 7/10 crispy and tasty but not standout.
Chicken chow mein: tasty - but totally different than the greasy noodle dish you probably know and love.
Mongolian beef: Beef is tender/tasty, but the sauce is way too dark/strong (soy?). This was my least favorite of the 3 and I was expecting it to be my favorite

This is the third restaurant I have tried on my trip and the only one to take AMEX! Hurrah for corporate travelers. Maybe I am eating different things than the avg person because so far this place earns more stars than it has and other establishments within 30 miles earn less. Seems flip flopped to me. I had the Buddha's delight. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, sauce was delightful and the tofu was cut and fried like all the best West coast Chinese restaurants. The service was polite and prompt.

I was very disappointed, I just got sweet n sour chicken, and wantons, spent 45, they were very burnt, to hard to eat, 😔
