The cashier was on her phone and more interested in her conversation than getting my husband's sweet tea. That's all he ordered. A sweet tea. 7 min later she's still on her phone and the manager ended up getting the sweet tea

I ordered 3 items. And they gave me two.
They gave me BBQ sauce for the nuggets .. but must've made a mistake thinking a ketchup packet was an order of nuggets...
Also, I did find a bag/wrapper of food partially eaten right next to the toilet... And a 🔥 pipe and rose on the baby changing table.
I didn't totally downrate the place because there was a younger girl working there who was so kind and personable.
