This is one of my hometown restaurants that I haven't been to in many years. I was in town and found they have daily dinner specials. I went with a party of 3 on a Tuesday evening, which was Veal Parmesan night. We had about a 15 minute wait and were the only party wanting as they were full. When we were seated our order was taken immediately. Two of us ordered the veal which came with a side and salad. The salad and bread came out quickly. From the time we placed our order we waited 45 minutes until our entrées were out. The flavor and the quantity was good. However the veal was overcooked, tough and stringy (gristle). The service and prices were good. I ate my dinner but another in my party could not. They couldn't even cut the veal. We were honest about the veal when asked how everything was. The server removed the veal from our check and only charged for the sides which were eaten. The reason for the lack of stars was the wait and the veal. I hope for a better experience next time.

This is a well established restaurant that serves well prepared and tasty Italian food. The service is great. I had the veal parmesan. Very good. 👍👌😋👍

Meloni’s is unquestionably comfort food for me. I’ve been eating here since the early 80’s and it’s definitely one of my favorite restaurants in town. That said, I’ve learned not to go on Tuesday night, which is usually veal parmigiana night; you’ll probably have to wait for a table when they have popular specials. The veal is amazing, don’t get me wrong, but it seems to be better any night other than Tuesday. The calamari is also AMAZING btw!! The prices & service aren’t too bad either.
I’d definitely recommend Meloni’s at least 5 days of the week anyways!!

One of my favorite Italian restaurants ever! The veal is so good! We drive from Pittsburgh just to eat here.
There's a ton of restaurants in our area but none can hold a candle to Melonis. The owners are always there and greet you with a warm welcome and ensure you are enjoying your meal. 10 out of 10!
