We went here for dinner after our daughter’s ice skating class. We were seated quickly and the server was promptly at our table. She took our drink order and gave us time to look at the menu. We placed our food order and everything came fairly quickly. We had to wait until dinner was almost over before we could get some yeast rolls. The server said the person working take out had taken all of the rolls for those orders. The food was good and the portions were good sized. They seem to be getting rid of the free pie Wednesday and they have gotten rid of the kids eat free since we last visited.

Took my wife here for birthday and it was awesome as usual! Cheese wedges are amazing too as usual! Natalie M. Is a fantastic server! She even brought chocolate pie out for my wife's birthday. We've been here many,many times and always come back.

Our waitress was great I don't remember her name but she had pink hair, she did the best she could in this bad experience. I used to love coming hear but lately they have been going down hill fast. When we walked in there were maybe only 8 tables with people in them. There were people waiting 10 min with no hostess to greet them. It took over 1hr 15 min for us to get our food, the family next to us I over heard them cancel there order because not was taking so long so they left. Once we received our food we saw two more couples leave with out ever getting food. One even stop to tell is they ordered and it took them 20 min to come back to tell them what they ordered they didn't have. I had a clear view of the lobby and watch it fill with customers and then everyone slowly left. Not any were seated they left. I hope this place gets some proper management. At this rate customer are just going to stop coming.

Visited this location Saturday, 3/27/21. I've not been in an O'Charley's since the closure of one in another part of the city. This had to be around 10-12 years since I've visited one.
Had the taste for some yummy buttery rolls, so why not. The restaurant (inside) needs a little extra attention which would make the dining experience seem more pleasant. My server, Daniele was the factor that caused me to overlook the minor cosmetic touches. She was extremely pleasant, attentive, and made me feel welcomed. Her demonstration to take care of her customers was impeccable. They were short staffed however Daniele made it appear effortless. Great job to Daniele & my food was very satisfying.
