Classy joint. The guy that took our order was having his first day of work and he did a great job. Other staff stepped up when my son wanted a visual on how big a full rack was. Then when the guy eating next to us spilled sauce all over himself due to a faulty bottle cap, they have him a new shirt for free. Even came out with wet rags to help him out. The people that work here are attentive and seem to enjoy what they are doing. Not to mention the ribs were great and I loved the lemonade!

Our 1st time here. Was great service and great food. The manager on duty was so nice. He gave us free muffins with honey glaze and cinnamon butter right outta oven. They were fantastic! Would definitely go back.

Food was good but who serves mash potatoes cold! The cheese didn't even melt a little bit on the mash potatoes in the bowl.
All 4 of our meals were cold. The food would have been great if served hot.
They made us feel like we were holding them up for closing by putting all the chairs upside down on the tables around us at 7:40pm on Friday night. Really?

Pleasantly surprise by how delicious the food was.
If you ever find yourself north of Illinois in a town named Hudson in Wisconsin, then you need to make this your stop.
Staff was friendly and made us feel confortable.
The Memphis Mayhem was really good…I can go on and on about the food but you will see and taste for yourself.

You want pulled pork, smoked brisket, and ribs without having to sit over the smoker for 6-19 hours?? Here's a great option. The food is excellent. Order at the counter, get the food in short order. The sides are really quite good, but the star is the smoked meat. I've had the ribs, brisket, and pulled pork so far and all have been excellent. There are several different types of sauce on the table available as well. It's worth the stop.
