Food was good but extremely disappointed in customer service.

Initially, we were pretty upset that our catered buffet order arrived for our wedding reception and did not have the burners and chafing pans that was supposed to be included 1 hour prior to the wedding, especially since we where in a completely different city!! However, the Olive Garden manager on duty sent an employee to the venue with the items and made it in time! For that, I am very appreciative and it showed me their commitment to quality customer service. Therefore, great job Olive Garden Rome Georgia. Thank you

I love the bar, during most morning/mid afternoons when I come here to eat lunch, Mr. Jeff B. Is always the best bartender. He is always super friendly and perfecting every drink that I’ve ever asked him to make me. Overall wonderful service and food!

It's my favorite restaurant so it was awesome. Service here on a Monday evening was great. Not too crowded and the music didn't blow us away while we were eating.

I must say our server was fantastic but the breadsticks were just okay and the salad was okay. I did have the chicken and gnocchi soup which was very very good. The place could use a little loving. Maybe a little touch-ups here and there but overall not bad
