Had an excellent experience here! We came at 6PM on a Sunday and were pretty much instantly seated. Our server, Grace, was incredibly kind and helpful; the restaurant was out of one of the entrees we had ordered, but Grace was able to recommend a very similar dish that we also greatly enjoyed. The steaks were tasty and the sides were well-liked. The mashed potatoes and the French onion soup were our favorites and always pair well with our meat. Our desserts were large and could have probably fed two people each. I enjoyed the butter cake with fruit topping, which I had never had before. Grace suggested trying the dessert with a side of raspberry sauce (the dish comes with strawberries) as well and her suggestion was phenomenal. The sweet cake is most definitely better with the raspberry and I will be ordering it this way from now on. Her suggestion truly knocked it out of the park! Our experience was made so much better by her knowledge of the menu, quick service, and awesome suggestions. Thank you!

I have visited this place about five times and have always received excellent service. The manager always comes to our table asks us about her experience they go above and beyond to make sure your order is to your liking and if it’s not they fix it immediately. We came yesterday with what was supposed to be a party of 10 the crew to a party of 19 on one of the busiest days of the week and as difficult as it was they accommodated us and made us feel very welcome. Excellent food excellent service very relaxing atmosphere I give it a 10❤️

Went here for a very last minute dinner option with my significant other. We were seated right away by a friendly hostess. It's refreshing when a hostess actually says Hello! how you are doing? besides just "how many". Our waiter Octavio was GREAT. We even told him he was a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many rude service industry people at other restaurants. I really hope that Outback realizes Octavio's worth. It's hard to find genuine, kind and hard working employees!

Octavio is the best server I have ever come across with all my years of eating out. I have never felt more valued as a customer before then I felt by him. Constantly checking on our party, making sure everything was okay and going above and beyond to make our friends birthday super special for him. I would love to have him as a waiter every time to ensure the best service and kind environment.

We stopped at Outback Steak House in Greenfield tonight. Octavio as our waiter was fantastic. Just the perfect combination of attentive without being overbearing. Our salads were cold, fresh, & tasty. Our steaks & loaded baked potatoes were done to perfection. Thank you, Octavio! You deserve a raise. 👍🏻
