My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this place. Friendly staff, insanely delicious food and all at a fair and reasonable price. So great to have this option in Casper! Treat yourself and eat at Phở Saigon!!

Traveling through this town for work. Was super excited to have found a Pho restaurant. However was even more disappointed when as soon as we walked in we were told they were close & it was 45 minutes before closing. People were still dining & it was only 2 of us. We could have order, ate & would have been out of there by 8pm at their regular closing time.
