3 of us went to Pier 500 for Easter brunch. It was marvelous. No more than 2 or 3 minute wait to be seated. Wait staff members were great, friendly and worked quickly! Going back soon. This was not the 1st time there. Always very happy with our eating experience!!! Food is always the best!

PRIME RIB TO DIE FOR!!! We had brunch and all had prime rib (available starting at noon) The service was top notch both with management and server. They helped us with accessing seating to meet our needs with handicapped guests. Great place. Reasonably priced and delicious

Never any complaints about Pier 500! Whenever we want a delicious meal and a little road trip (40 miles away), we always choose Pier 500. Love their beautiful outdoor patio with amazing views of the river! Our favorites to get are the Walleye cakes, Adult Mac and cheese and the Steak salad. Keep up the great work!

Let me start by saying the overall experience was amazing! The location is perfect and they have a really nice patio and the service was outstanding. However, two things to know about the food. The reviews on Google show pictures of their lobster mac and cheese and their adult mac and cheese, which is a regular on their menu, both of which are house made and look amazing! However, the mac and cheese on the kids menu is Kraft which is really disappointing and I didn't think to ask ahead of time since they have a dedicated menu item with homemade mac and cheese. Also, they have a wood fired rotisserie chicken on the menu that was good but didn't really have the smokey flavor you would expect when ordering something like that especially when you can smell the wood fire rotisserie as you walk through the restaurant. My husband had a burger and it was awesome, fries are nothing special. They're banana cream pie was one of the greatest things I've ever put in my mouth! We're definitely going to go back and try it again, everything on the menu looks amazing, but we would avoid the kids mac and cheese and wood fire rotisserie chicken in the future.

Pretty good food. The main reason to go here is to sit outside and enjoy the good views of the river. As for food, I just don't venture too far from their specialty which is Rotisserie chicken. The plates I've seen my friends choose doesn't always look so appealing. That being said, the atmosphere is awesome. I definitely recommend getting reservations well ahead of time. If you're a boater, like I used to be, the location of this restaurant cannot be beat.
