They get my order wrong a lot but the food is so good it doesnt matter.
Edit from 3 years ago. They no longer get my order wrong. And the food is only getting better. They will give you extra spice on the side sometimes. They used to put the peppers 🌶 right in it but no longer. I will miss this place the most when I move. ❤️

Great place to try new food or constantly return to get a favorite dish. Family owned restaurant with great service. The food is very good and different styles from pho soup to chicken friend rice.

Love the place nice and cozy. Food and service is always on point. I always go for potato curry or squash curry so definitely try it out when you go next time.

One of my very favorite places to get Pho when I don't want to make it. Also, those stuffed chicken wings are awesome. TRY THEM. You most likely won't be disappointed.

Horrible, horrible service. I used to love Plias Kitchen when first started. They used to be very nice and the service was great. Now every time I call, they are very rude and crabby. Normally I do not do this type of reviews, I hate doing it, but there have been several times that they have been rude with me and I feel that I don’t deserve that. I always tip them no matter what and I do 20% or more because I know is the minimum and because I love the food. I have worked most of my life in customer service, from waitress, bartender, food runner, hostess, sales etc. and I know when it is a good service or when it is not.
The service they provide is not pleasant. I do not know if it is only me with whom they behave like that or it is with all the customers, but please change your attitude towards your customers that support local business like me because little by little they will go away no matter that the food is good. The other day I called to place an order an the gal who answered the phone hang up on me. Also the other day called 30 minutes before they close and they refused to take my order. This is just a little of the bad service they have given me, I can continue, but that's not the point. I just want to tell you to please be more kind to your customers because you depend on clients like me. And I know I'm not the only one who likes to be treated with respect.
