RUN DO NOT WALK TO POLLY’S!!! This place is SUCH a hidden gem!!! Hands down the best Pad Thai I have ever had and especially in town. The staff was also so sweet and attentive and the food just cannot be beat. I will be back and soon!

I've lived in major cities my whole life, but polly's still takes the cake as the best thai food. The pad khee mao is so good. Just be careful to be honest with yourself on how spicy you can handle it! They'll make it deliciously spicy that your mouth goes numb :)
EDIT: please update your hours! We drove over an hour for your food and it says on the door that you're closed.
