Drive in exceptionally slow and my order wasn't correct.

First time visiting this restaurant and everything was very good! Met a wonderful woman that works there and she assisted me in my menu selection! She wasn't even working on the register to order, but in the dining room area! She's fantastic and a wonderful asset to this company!

The food is good.. service not so much.. we had to ask for everything instead of them just thinking ahead and putting napkins and silverware in your darn bag. And no one was paying attention to the capacity of the place and there was no place to sit down... just an overall mess...won't be back for a long long time.

Clean dining friendly customer service. We went in the dining area and ordered to go because the drive up Is always really packed. Love the cheese fries and chicago style hot dogs. I had a cheese hamburger for the first time and it was great! But cold by the time I got home. The beef and gravy sandwiches are amazing too. We like sitting outside there in the summer time. And love looking at the pictures and things all around the inside of the building very fun and great eats.

I don't normally write bad reviews because I have worked in fast food before. BUT, let's start off with the fact that the manager on duty on 4-13-21, at approx. 730pm, COULD NOT CARE LESS about our feedback or concerns. The DRIVE THRU was over 35 minutes long to get two salads and two bowls. We waited patiently with an 8 month old in the vehicle, but 35 minutes is a long time. We finally got our food, and after asking if the straw was in our bag for the shake, we were assured it was. It wasn't. I would have not written this review if the manager took accountability for the wait or the service. Instead, she stated that we only waited 9 minutes and 30 seconds... I was respectful and even praised Portillo's for the fact that they are one of my favorites. Sadly, I wont return to this location. As promised, I am leaving this review on every platform possible so others don't waste their time.
