I love their sandwiches but will NEVER order delivery again. I ordered at 230pm for delivery at 530pm. Heard NOTHING from them (no email, no call, nothing) until I got an email at 730pm (the place closed at 7pm) saying there was an update to my order. It took some digging to figure out it was canceled. They charged my card quick enough but now I'm waiting to see when (or IF) they're going to refund my money. I really don't want to even give this location any of my business anymore either.

Placed an order for delivery at 8am, for a delivery time of 12pm. It is now 1:14pm and my order still says “received”. No phone call, email, or contact otherwise, about what is going on or if I’m going to receive my order at all. At this point I’m just going to cancel my order and try to get my money back. If a phone call is not an option, you should at the very least update the delivery time as needed to keep customers in the loop. Never ordering delivery again. Seems like this is an ongoing issue for this location.

I ordered a ham and cheese regular sandwich it was nicely made and i did pick up order it was ready and fresh Active menu is very useful i ordered and watch the bucks game full !!!

I love Potbelly but I’m not a big fan of the Glendale location. I recently did an app order from Potbelly. It was a Powerhouse salad. I’m pretty sure it was made with defrosted lettuce which made for a flat and wilted salad. How do you even serve such a thing. So disappointed.

I ordered online and part of my order was missing. The woman I talked to on the phone was amazing, however, the refund I received did not even cover the amount of the missing items that I paid FULL PRICE for and did not receive due to their mistake. Will not be ordering from any Potbelly shops in the future. Horrible way to treat paying customers. (But thank you to the woman on the phone for being a sweetheart).
