I placed a large catering order a few days ago for today. If I had left this review earlier today I would have given one star. But. Between Tommy from the local store, regional manager Chris, and Alyssa from corporate they really rose to the occasion and made the situation right. They fixed what was wrong, went out of their way to make it right for the future, and really gained my confidence. And if I was them, I’d give Tommy a raise - his relatability, effort he put in to help (on his day off), and smile throughout the ordeal made it hard to be frustrated! Customer service doesn’t come naturally to all, but he sure tried hard to smooth over others shortcomings. Thanks, Qdoba!

I wish zero stars was an option. I have no idea how this Qdoba is still in business. Of the last 3 times we have gone through the drive through each visit has resulted in orders missing between 3 to half of the ingredients requested and this time the chicken was burnt beyond being edible.

Great service awful food. The burritos… the rice is over cooked. Likes like mush, the meat they put inside is non existent. It’s awful. The people are friendly. However, sadly, the food is a total letdown. It’s time to move on from them.

i love other qdoba locations but this one just falls flat. food is not prepared well and some of the employees are oblivious to how customers might feel. also a cheese quesadilla was $8.50
