The food was not awful.. the service I recieved will keep me from ever going back... I could tell you a good story but the bottom line ls we were not at all made to feel welcome this afternoon for lunch by our waitress... the other waitress in the restaurant seemed to be doing a fantastic job... just not ours. Maybe one day in the distant future I will try again. Seem to have great reviews and lots of locals recommend

An old fashioned , no frills , popular local restaurant. There are two of these - one in Norwood and a newer one in Mason. Quatman has retained it’s tradition and still thrived - food is served on paper plates, you take your check and pay at the counter. Excellent food, decent dining experience, clean and prompt service. Very moderately priced and value for money. Customer service is good. They have an outdoor seating as well. Located in Mason downtown. It’s nice & cozy. Love this sandwich joint - a local pride!

I had the best fish sandwich and fries at Quatman Cafe' ...so delicious! My server was awesome, prompt and very friendly...we ate outside under the new patio and the entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful!
